- When a client wants to make a booking, he needs to make a register first;
- Your booking must be made in advance with a minimum of 1 day. If you want to book 1 day before or in the same day of the tour, first you must confirm availability via e-mail sent to geral@overtime-tours.com;
- The payment can be made via paypal or by credit. If you prefer another payment way please send an e-mail with your suggestion to geral@overtime-tours.com.

The Overtime Tours will return the totality of your payment if you wish to cancel the booking with a minimum of 48 hours before the beginning of the tour. This procedure should be accomplished for a good organization of the tour with an advance booking of the service providers. If the clients do not appear at the agreed place, or do not submit the required identification document (ID card, passport or driving license), a booking refund won´t be given. The clients will be considered absent if they arrive 30 minutes later.
The Overtime Tours reserves the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond control such as weather conditions. The Overtime Tours team reserves the right to cancel the normal tours if do not get the minimum number of participants. In these cases, we will do our best to inform our clients in advance and get an alternative date or time.
